Buttered Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower – Clean & cut in 4 large pieces

  • 1 Stick of Organic Butter

  • 1 diced Onion

  • 2 crushed Garlic

  • 1 TSP Sea Salt

  • 1 toothpick swirl Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil

Directions

  • Place cauliflower in food processor w/ blade in the bottom for 30 seconds until it resembles rice. You could also use a cheese grater.

  • Add 1 stick of butter to med heat fry pan

  • Add diced onion & crushed garlic & stir for 5 minutes

  • Add rice cauliflower & salt to pan stir for 10 minutes on med high – no lid

  • Use a toothpick & dip in Black Pepper Essential Oil – swirl the toothpick through the riced cauliflower

  • Serve hot

Tips

  • You can add 4 oz of raw poultry or meat per person to the butter, onions & garlic -- be sure to fully cook your meat before adding cauliflower

  • You can use as a base just like you would use rice EXAMPLE: Meatballs & Gravy over rice or Stir Fry over rice

  • If you let it cool, you can use this in your sushi recipes

  • You can add cheese & ham and bake to make a rice & Ham Bake
