Ingredients

  • Pure Protein Complete - Young Living

  • 5 quartered strawberries

  • ½ cup cottage fat-free cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon beet juice

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 scoop Pure Protein Complete

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon Blue Agave Natural Sweetener

  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth consistency.
