Keto Ningxia Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup NingXia Red

  • 2/3 Cup MCT Oil or Flax, Walnut … any healthy oil

  • 1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 TBS Water

  • 1 TBS Lemon

  • 1 TSP Yellow Mustard – YES, the kind you put on hamburgers

  • ¼ TSP Onion Powder

  • ¼ TSP Garlic Powder

  • ½ TSP NingXia Red Wolf Berry Syrup or Honey – I leave this part out

  • 2 Drops – Citrus Fresh

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar & shake

  • This will last in the refrigerator for 4 – 6 days

  • This makes about 32 servings – 1 TBS is a serving: Calories 59, Carbs 1 Fats 4

Tips

  • Marinate veggies like cucumbers & onions for 24 hours

  • Marinate poultry or beef for at least 2 hours but 24 hours is AMAZING!
