Keto Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayo

  • ¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • ¼ TSP Pepper

  • ½ Cup Sour Cream

  • 2 TBS Parsley

  • 1 toothpick swirl or ½ TSP Dill Weed

  • ½ TSP Garlic

  • ½ TSP Onion Powder

  • 2 toothpick swirls of Basil Vitality or ¼ TSP Basil

  • 1 toothpick swirl Lime Vitality Essential Oil – Do not use lime juice, you can skip

Directions

  • Add all ingredients & blend well

  • Refrigerate – Stays good for about 6 days.

Tips

  • I use a Mason jar & immersion blender – then put the lid on the jar & refrigerate. No extra clean up.

  • Taste best if you refrigerate for at least an hour but taste the best the next day!!!

  • Add an additional ¼ to ½ cup cream after you stop blending the mixture to get the texture for dressing. JUST stir the cream in … if you use the blender, it will thicken back up
